The UTP Builder Certificate is an institution signal for Phase A graduates who clear all four evidence pillars. It follows craft, venture, execution, and readiness — it never replaces them.
Evidence first
UTP is not a certificate factory. Ownership and shipped proof come first. The certificate exists so graduates can show an official record of evidence-based graduation.
This is not a certificate of attendance. Module completion alone does not unlock it. All four graduation pillars must be complete.
