Build Tracks

Pathways

Choose your direction. Each pathway trains craft for a real seat on a Phase B venture squad — up to six builders who ship, incorporate, and co-own. No experience required.

How pathways fill a Phase B team

After Phase A, selected builders are placed on a venture team. A venture seats six builders — not mentors, not UTP staff. Your pathway is the craft signal for where you usually land.
