Learning System

The UTP Learning System™

UTPSandbox is the digital home of the UTP Learning System™ — a builder-first framework for craft, ventures, and co-owned digital wealth. Here is how the program is structured for every cohort.

Why a learning system

UTP is not a general coding bootcamp. It is an online-first venture-building accelerator for African builders — Nigeria as the initial market, Africa in mind. Specialization teaches craft; the UTP Learning System™ teaches how craft, customers, and co-ownership fit together. Everything in the program — modules, assessments, and graduation — is built on the principles and layers below.

Seven Builder Principles

These principles guide how we teach, build, and hold each other accountable.

  1. 01

    Learn by Building

Skill is proven in projects — demos and repos — not tutorials alone.

  2. 02

    Build in Public

Peers and mentors can review your work. Hidden folders are not a portfolio.

  3. 03

    AI is Your Partner

Assistants accelerate craft. You remain accountable for what ships under your name.

  4. 04

    Community Before Competition

Lift the cohort. Compete on craft and shipping — not sabotage.

  5. 05

    Ownership Before Employment

The default path is co-owning what you build, not chasing a placement certificate.

  6. 06

    Ship Early. Learn Fast.

Demos beat decks. Revision beats waiting for perfect.

  7. 07

    Lift Others While You Rise

Reviews, endorsements, and mentoring compound the New Salt.
