I join UTP as a builder in the Zero Judgment Zone (ZJZ). We challenge ideas relentlessly while treating people with respect. Every critique is aimed at improving the work, never diminishing the builder. Craft and ownership demand integrity — and evidence, not intention alone, gates graduation.

Preamble

I join UTP as a builder in the Zero Judgment Zone (ZJZ). I will pursue craft and ownership with integrity. I accept that evidence — not intention alone — gates graduation.

I will

  1. 01Submit my own work and clearly credit collaborators.
  2. 02Use AI as a partner I remain accountable for.
  3. 03Never fabricate interviews, users, metrics, or demo results.
  4. 04Protect secrets and private data — mine and others’.
  5. 05Build in public when safe; keep personally identifiable information (PII) private.
  6. 06Compete on craft; refuse sabotage, harassment, and discrimination.
  7. 07Lift peers with honest feedback and show up for squad commitments I accept.
  8. 08Record my Phase B decision truthfully when asked.

I will not

  1. 01Plagiarize or purchase graded work.
  2. 02Paste API keys, passwords, or private user data into prompts or public repos.
  3. 03Harass, threaten, or dox anyone in the cohort or community.
  4. 04Game votes, endorsements, or UTP processes through deceit.
  5. 05Misrepresent my Builder Level, pillars, or equity.

Enforcement

Violations may result in mentor review, lost endorsement eligibility, UTP sanctions, or removal from Phase B consideration. Appeals go mentor → UTP with evidence.

Signing (platform or paper) may be required at onboarding for Cohort 1.
