The future belongs to people who can build — not only use — digital products and companies. UTP exists to help builders turn skills into products, products into ventures, and ventures into ownership.
You learn a craft, practice in public, form a squad, and ship. When the work earns it, you incorporate with real ownership — not simply collect certificates.
Build in squads
Practice in public, ship weekly, and earn trust with peers and mentors — not attendance theatre.
Launch ventures
Earn a Phase B seat: up to four ventures per cohort ship real products with launch support.
Co-own the outcome
Qualify for a Nigerian Ltd with shared ownership. Builders hold the majority stake.

Up to four ventures per cohort. No additional tuition if you earn a seat. You run the company; mentors and UTP support.

Every accepted Cohort 1 builder receives a Founding Builder Scholarship.
Specialization teaches craft; the UTP Learning System teaches how craft, customers, and co-ownership fit together.
At UTP, the default success story is co-owning what you build. Employment remains a valuable outcome, but ownership is the institution's defining promise.
At UTP, we call the builders the New Salt; the journey, The Sandbox for the New Salt — co-creation and co-ownership of digital value and ventures by UTP builders.
The cohort journey
Every cohort follows the same arc — from first lesson to incorporated venture in twelve months.
Phase AMonths 1–6
Learner → Builder
Structured training, real projects, public progress, and a venture proposal — ready to commit to something you own.
Phase BMonths 7–12
Builder → Founder
Six-person squads, weekly sprints, Friday demos. A product ships. A Nigerian Ltd incorporates with builder-majority ownership.
Phase CYear 2+
Founder → Owner
Run the venture, mentor the next cohort, or chart your course — no longer waiting for permission.
